Diego

Diego came into Bellingham Veterinary and Critical Care severely anemic and sick with inflammatory bowel disease. Diego needed multiple blood transfusions so that he could be strong enough to undergo an operation. The biopsies taken during Diego’s surgery allowed the veterinarians to make a diagnosis and put Diego on the road to recovery. Diego is a very active dog, and he recovered soon after the surgery with the added help of the transfusions. Diego is now back on the job supervising his owner’s work in the lumber industry.
